John "Bumper" Kennedy
It is with sadness that I advise everyone of the passing of John Bumper Kennedy. This is a sad loss to the CYMS Club & Family.
Bumper was a member of the CYMS Old Boy’s where he & his humour will be missed at home games in the future.
Bumper played with the club in the 1940s and early fifties along side his mates Ron Sheridan & Des O’Connor (current Old Boys) & continued his involvement with the club over the last 60 plus years until his passing over night. Bumper was awarded a CYMS life supporter award from the club in 2010.
Our condolences go out to Bumpers Daughters Kathleen, Leonie, Narelle & his surviving family members during this sad time.
